 Every Sunday Laurrapin prepares the infamous Pig-tur-ken...chicken stuffed into a turkey stuffed into a suckling pig.  All de-boned, perfectly seasoned, slow roasted and oh so tasty.  Each week our "Pig" is served at 1pm and prepared in a different style of cuisine...so maybe a Cuban Pig, an Italian Pig or even a Southern Pig...the possibilities are endless!
